The Swim Smooth Swim Club is now in the Czech Republic, led by Gabriela Minarikova (MSc) licensed coach of this exciting Australian method of teaching and improving swimming technique.

We are offering group swimming programs for children and adult swimmers and triathletes of all levels of ability:
JUNIOR - leisure and compettive swimming trainings for children
MASTERS - for advanced swimmers ready to represent or club
RESHAPE - to develop endurance, strength and speed
REVISE - to correct and improve swimming technique
REHAB - to learn to swim freestyle and backstroke

We offer individual swimming programs in the form of:
ONE-TO-ONE - these are tailored swimming lessons giving you the most effective way of improving your swimming technique or learning freestyle swimming from scratch.

Our other services include:
VIDEO ANALYSIS of your stroke technique above and below the water, highlighting faults and good features of your stroke. We get to work improving your stroke technique in the pool and create an individual swimming program for you to take away and follow.

We are based at swimming pools:
Srahov, Prague 6 - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7am.
Axa, Praha 1 - Wednesdays and Thursday from 3pm.
ZŠ Weberova, Prague 5 - Tuesday from 5pm.

One-to-one lessons are available at pool and time of your choice.

For club members joining our competitive team we offer a reduced subscription fee from 300 CZK/ lesson - swim more and pay less.

We operate on a Pay As You Go system. You can join your desired program at any time of year.
