The pairing of inn and restaurant provides an unusual opportunity for sampling freshly prepared home-style Czech food. Beer at the restaurant is drawn under the supervision of Lukáš Svoboda, the 2010 Pilsner Urquell International Master Bartender, and served directly from the tanks in which it is brewed.
