The lawyers in our Prague office speciliaze in real estate, corporate, IT and labor law and also litigation. Our team is comprised of seven lawyers, who are assisted by legal assistants and additional support staff. Among our experts is also a tax advisor with many years of experience gained during his previous employment at a leading international tax and audit consulting company in Prague. For this reason, we are always able to also reflect all relevant tax aspects when giving legal advice or structuring legal transaction, in order to achieve balance between the tax, legal, and commercial aspects of each solution.
